Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up for or using DispatchioAI, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

DispatchioAI operates an AI voice agent platform. We provide software that answers phone calls, transcribes conversations, captures caller information, books appointments, and sends you notifications. You configure how the agent behaves, what information it collects, and which integrations it pushes data to.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it up to date.
  • One account per business — don't share logins across multiple businesses you own. Contact us if you manage several businesses and need multi-business access.

Subscription, trial, and billing

  • New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with 100 included minutes of AI call time. No credit card required to start the trial.
  • After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan. We bill monthly in advance based on the plan you select.
  • Usage above your plan's included minutes is billed at the per-minute overage rate shown on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel anytime from the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing customers. If you disagree with a price change, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Your content and data

You own your business data, knowledge-base uploads, call recordings, and transcripts. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you. We don't use your data to train general AI models for other customers without your explicit consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DispatchioAI to:

  • Make or receive calls that violate telemarketing laws (TCPA, GDPR, CASL, or equivalent in your jurisdiction).
  • Record calls without the disclosure or consent required by the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Impersonate another business, person, or government agency.
  • Conduct fraud, scams, phishing, or any illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against callers based on protected characteristics.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent rate limits, extract models, or access parts of the service you haven't paid for.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

Telephony and third-party services

DispatchioAI relies on third-party providers for telephony, speech processing, and AI. Outages in those providers may affect the service. We monitor and work to restore functionality quickly, but we don't control third-party uptime. See the privacy policy for the current list of sub-processors.

No professional advice

The AI agent is a communication tool. It's not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for what the agent says on your behalf — configure it appropriately for your business and review its behavior regularly.

Uptime and support

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service on the standard plan. Email support is included on all plans; response times vary by plan tier. Enterprise plans with SLA commitments are available on request — contact sales.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI models can produce incorrect or unexpected output — use human review for critical interactions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost leads, or missed appointments — even if we've been advised of the possibility.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify DispatchioAI against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, your configuration of the AI agent, or your handling of caller data.

Termination

  • You can stop using and cancel the service anytime from the portal.
  • We can suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law.
  • Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that, we delete it (see the privacy policy for retention details).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DispatchioAI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
